The Liberal Democrats believe in a modern Britain of genuine openness and equality without exception. We champion a society where everyone is treated with dignity and respect irrespective of their background, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or any other part of an individual's identity.
All members of the Executive undertake to ensure that the party proactively seeks in all its activities to diversify the party membership, its candidates, elected representatives and voters/supporters, and to seek through its activities, campaigns, policies and actions to be inclusive of all in our communities. All members are expected to show a commitment to the advancement of equality, diversion and inclusion.
