George Turner calls on voters to use the general election to show they are opposed to hard Brexit

George Turner has called on voters to show they are opposed to the Government’s hard Brexit with their vote at the ballot box on June 8.

The candidate for Vauxhall co-signed a letter to The Guardian with fellow London Lib Dems standing in the general election and London Assembly member Caroline Pidgeon, saying the only way to oppose hard Brexit is to vote for him.

What kind of Brexit for Vauxhall?

The Vauxhall Liberal Democrats have written to the local Labour Member of Parliament, Kate Hoey, to ask that she supports amendments to the Brexit bill that would protect the environment, increase funding for the NHS and prevent the Tory government from carrying out their threat to turn the UK into a tax haven.
