Time to Fix Leasehold for Lambeth!

The Liberal Democrats are a party who want to actually fix the foundations, not just talk about it.

I support the call by the Liberal Democrats to:

Abolish Leasehold for all
Ensure all blocks of flats are covered by the Building Safety Act — no one should be unprotected.
Make the industry pay for poor quality building work by forcing accountability on developers, building inspectors & insurers
Regulate management companies to ensure higher quality service
